## What we collect and why
### When you register your interest
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number,
residential address and the plot you are interested in. We use this to send you
the information pack and to have a member of the sales team contact you about
your enquiry.
**Legal basis:** taking steps at your request before entering into a contract,
and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the development.
### When you book an event appointment
Our booking form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, the plot
you are interested in and, optionally, the purpose of your visit. We use this
to reserve your appointment, to send you a confirmation and calendar
invitation, and to let the sales team know who they are meeting.
Your appointment details are also sent to our sales inbox and to the adviser
assigned to you.

### Marketing
If you tick the marketing box, we may contact you about Kirklevington Hall and
about future developments, events and property opportunities. Ticking that box
is optional and is never required to book an appointment or make an enquiry.
You can withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any
marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect
anything sent before you withdrew it.

### Website security
Our booking system records the IP address of anyone submitting a booking or
signing in to the staff area, so that we can limit automated abuse. These
records are held very briefly and are not used to identify individual
visitors.

available.
### Advertising and analytics
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising
performs and to show relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This
places cookies on your device and shares information about your visit with Meta
Platforms Ireland Limited, including your IP address, the pages you viewed and
whether you completed a booking. We do not send Meta your name, email address
or telephone number.
Nothing is sent to Meta unless you accept advertising cookies. See our

## Keeping your information secure
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Booking records are held on
servers in the United Kingdom and are not publicly accessible. The sales team
area is protected by individual accounts and passwords, with sign ins limited
to prevent guessing. Access to booking records is restricted to the sales team
and to the marketing agency acting on our behalf.
## Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect
information about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their
information, contact us and we will delete it.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it
was last changed. Where changes are significant we will say so on the website.
