Only a limited number of self-build plots are available within this magnificent private estate. Each plot has been strategically surveyed and serviced to provide the perfect canvas for your individual architectural vision, supported by full services and meticulously prepared topography.
The site features expansive green buffers, established woodland, and breathtaking views across the Leven Valley. Our Masterplan ensures privacy and integration with the Grade II listed setting, allowing your design to flourish while respecting the estate’s historic integrity.
Each plot at Kirklevington Hall has been meticulously surveyed to maximize privacy, light, and integration with the natural topography. Whether you desire a south-facing garden that basks in sunlight or a woodland-edge retreat offering ultimate seclusion, your plot is a canvas for architectural excellence. We enforce a strict plot coverage ratio to ensure that green space always dominates, guaranteeing that your home sits in the landscape, not just on it.
Privacy here is crafted, not built. We mandate the use of classic 1.2m black metal estate railings, softened by established hedgerows of beech, laurel, or hornbeam. This creates a seamless visual flow across the parkland, allowing the landscape to 'borrow' from your garden while clearly defining your private realm. High fortress walls are replaced by elegant, transparent boundaries that invite the beauty of the estate into your home.
Due to exceptional demand, we recommend requesting the comprehensive plot-specific data pack immediately.
